I am a firm believer in treating the individual, rather than the condition. I like to focus on the goals of my clients to work with them to get them where they want to be, by endeavouring to see the world through their lens.

I use a variety of techniques, drawn from many sources including NLP, CBT, Human Givens and hypnotherapy.  As such I don’t rely on any one particular school of therapy, and I can be flexible and adaptable in my approach.

I have helped many clients to overcome issues such as addictions, trauma, PTSD, phobias, OCD, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. Others have simply needed a helping hand in finding some direction in their life.

I have also volunteered for Samaritans for the last 9 years and this has honed my vital listening skills that are very much transferrable into a therapeutic situation.
