More about Mémé

Understanding a clients' health and nutritional status is a window into the complexity of the human body and the possibility to understand how small changes at root cause can have a domino like effect that can create positive change in health.

I’m fascinated by the fast-developing technology and science that is revealing innovative ways to work on health and wellbeing. However, I firmly believe in using well-researched studies together with connecting with the client to understand their needs to provide the right recommendations.

At your free introductory session I'll talk to you about nutritional therapy and how it might help you. I'll also explain what's involved in the different health programmes to help you choose the one you prefer. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions and for us both to see if we get on and can work together.

Each programme includes personalised health reports and support throughout to help you achieve your health goals. This may include personalised diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations as well as functional testing from private laboratories.

"I have been working with Mémé for 9 months on my gut issues. Mémé's approach is holistic, methodical and based on step-by-step problem solving. As a scientist, I couldn't wish for better. Mémé takes time to explain her approach in detail, and addresses any concerns or doubts I have. I really appreciate that she takes everything I share with her seriously. I like that she checks on me, especially when introducing a new supplement. Chronic and complex gut issues take time to be solved. With patience, perseverance and Mémé's support I feel much better today than 9 months ago. I have more energy and my mood has significantly improved. I look forward to continuing working with Mémé to reach an even better quality of life."    Sarah, astrophysicist, Tokyo
