What I do
I have experience working in hospice and hospital settings and within charitable organisations, supporting adults (18+) affected by cancer and life-limiting illness, bereavement and loss. I also work with individuals facing anxiety, depression and the emotional impact of major life transitions, offering a reflective and personalised approach to therapy. I understand how times of change, uncertainty and bodily vulnerability can stir deep emotions and leave people feeling unsettled or alone. My aim is to help you navigate challenges with clarity, resilience and self-compassion. I bring a rich background of teaching, mentoring, and advocating for parents of children with additional needs. This experience has strengthened my skills in listening deeply, empowering individuals and supporting clients through complex, often stressful, life circumstances.
