Ascenti and Surrey Heath NHS Community Physiotherapy Ascenti Health is a national and trusted provider of numerous NHS community MSK (musculoskeletal) contracts across the UK working with over 35 Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG's).

Surrey Heath Community Physiotherapy is supplied by Ascenti as commissioned by the Surrey Heath CCG. As a provider of MSK community physiotherapy in Surrey Heath, we aim to provide high quality care as close to home as possible with quick access to clinical management. 

The aims of this service are to: - Improve access to community-based general and specialist physiotherapy services
- Minimise hospital based outpatient appointments in acute settings
- Deliver outpatient services in community settings, closer to patients' homes
- Supply evidence-based treatments that comply with all relevant clinical guidelines
- Reduce A&E admissions To deliver new models of multispecialty integrated community care, we work collaboratively with our partners to offer a full range of aligned services.
