About Sally

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) with many years post qualification experience. I have worked with adults, adolescents and children both on a long term and short term basis covering a wide variety of issues.

Some of the many issues that I have worked with include

  • Relationship issues
  • Depression
  • Anger Management
  • Anxiety/Stress
  • Low self esteem/self-worth
  • Self harm
  • Bereavement

I abide by the Code of Ethics laid down by the BACP and always work in a confidential and professional manner.

In addition to my private work I work in an agency where I see a number of adult clients referred through the NHS system dealing with a wide variety of issues such as anger, anxiety, stress, relationships, low self esteem and depression. My counselling style is primarily Humanistic incorporating such approaches as Person Centred, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Gestalt. I am client led and will focus on what I think is the best way of working and supporting the individual.

I continue to further and enhance my work by attending regular supervision and continued professional development workshops.
