Kay’s extensive toolkit drives cognitive, emotional and behavioural change both consciously (insights, goals and strategies) and unconsciously (neuro hypnotic re-patterning).
Kay’s primary qualification is as a teacher and this underpins her work to support you learning about your brain, how to use it, and how to think on purpose, feel good for no particular reason, and get the life you want.
Your experience with Kay will depend on what you need; sometimes a gentle active listening and soothing calming voice is just perfect. Other times, a more challenging, tenacious detective-like attitude will get us right to the heart of the problem fast. Either way, Kay will be sure to help you understand the mechanics of your mind as you explore new solutions.
